Delete Your Datelio Account

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Datelio and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app (for example, you lost access to your phone), email us from the address linked to your account:

To: datelio.support@gmail.com
Subject: Delete my Datelio account
Include: the email address you used to sign up to Datelio.

We may ask you to verify that the account is yours. We aim to process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What may be kept

Limited records may be kept for a short period only where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or security (for example, records of a ban or payment records).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
