By creating an account or using Datelio ("the App"), operated by Neutral studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, including your real date of birth. One person, one account.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the App for the purpose of running the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot guarantee any user's identity or intentions. Be careful when talking to or meeting people. Meet in public places, tell a friend, and never send money to someone you have met online. Use the report and block tools if someone makes you uncomfortable.
Some features (such as Premium, Super Likes or Boosts) may be paid. Payments are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Free daily Likes and ad rewards may change at any time. Features and prices may change.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that you will find a match or that the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
